Texas Personal Injury Lawyer
Brittaney Gamboa is passionate about helping people and dedicated to ensuring a just settlement or verdict is reached for her wrongly injured clients. Brittaney approaches each case as if the client is family, making sure they feel heard and know that they will be represented zealously.
Brittaney grew up in the small town of Brazoria, Texas and it was there that she found her love for the law. Her dad was an investigator for the District Attorney’s office, so it was not uncommon to find Brittaney in the back of the court room watching trials.
This gave Brittaney a unique learning experience, “I would follow the District Attorneys back to their office and hound them with questions. I am sure they appreciated a fourteen-year-old questioning their trial tactics, but I am forever grateful for the unique insight I received at such a young age. I learned strategy, resilience and most importantly, what it means to have a client. A client comes to you at their most vulnerable time and trusts that you will fight for them. I take that to heart, and I make sure I give it my all.”
As a first-generation college and law school graduate, Brittaney knows that hard work is the key to success. Brittaney attended Texas State University and graduated with a degree in Psychology, and a minor in Political Science. Brittaney went on to attend law school at St. Mary’s School of Law, graduating in 2019. During her time there she was a semi-finalist in 1L Moot Court, the Vice President of the Women’s Law Association and studied International Business Law abroad in Innsbruck, Austria.
In her spare time, Brittaney loves to travel and spend time outdoors. She may live in the city, but her heart belongs to the Texas countryside. Brittaney also enjoys spending time with her family, friends and pup, Tessa Bear.
