Laureen Bagley received her Juris Doctor Degree, Cum Laude, from Tulane Law School and was admitted to practice law in Louisiana in 1986, Mississippi in 1987, and Texas in 1999.

She joined Sloan, Bagley, Hatcher & Perry in 1999, practicing civil and personal injury trial law with an emphasis on employment law, ERISA, DTPA, non-subscriber and first party insurance claims.

Laureen has been a champion of workplace rights for both men and women. She has obtained significant victories on behalf of injured workers not covered by workers’ compensation and has successfully sought corrective action and restitution in cases including sexual harassment.

She has been a certified mediator since 1998 and was admitted to the Pro Bono College of the State Bar of Texas for her unselfish efforts on behalf of those who could not otherwise afford legal representation.
