J. Ryan Fowler
J. Ryan Fowler was born in Plano, Texas. He received a BBA in Finance, with honors, from the University of Texas at Austin in 2004, and in 2007, received his Juris Doctorate, cum laude, from Baylor University School of Law, where he was a member of the nationally-ranked mock trial advocacy teams.
Immediately following graduation, he began his career at Sloan, Bagley, Hatcher & Perry, where he practices in the area of catastrophic personal injury law. Ryan has secured significant jury verdicts and settlements on behalf of his clients. Some of the representative cases include:
- A 2.3 million dollar verdict for a family involved in a car wreck with a drunk driver
- A $177,000.00 verdict for a woman against her own insurance company that had refused to pay benefits.
- A substantial settlement for 6 adult victims against the Archdiocese of Galveston-Houston for abuse they suffered when children
- A substantial confidential settlement from a large oil company for injured oil-field worker who was permanently injured when a drilling pipe was dropped on him.
